LeBron James Awarded Kia NBA Eastern Conference Player Of The Month For February

Cleveland Cavaliers small forward LeBron James was named the Kia NBA Player Of The Month for February on Thursday. This is James’ 37th time winning the award, an NBA record.

Over the course of ten games in February, LeBron averaged a triple-double with a stat line of 27.0 points, ten rebounds, and 10.5 assists per game. He’s also the fourth player to average 25 points, ten rebounds and ten assists in a month’s time with at least ten games played, joining Oscar Robertson, Russell Westbrook, and Wilt Chamberlain.

James shot at a highly-efficient clip of .546 over the month and helped lift the new Cavaliers to a promising position in the Eastern Conference following the NBA Trade Deadline.
