But on the big screen, he could use a little help.
That's where Trainwreck director Judd Apatow stepped in.
Apatow, famous for Knocked Up and The 40-Year-Old Virgin, spoke with Conan O'Brien on Monday night about his experience directing James.
We even got a snippet of Apatow helping LeBron adjust his vocal pitch.
The Cleveland Cavaliers star appears alongside stand-up comedian Amy Schumer and Saturday Night Live alum Bill Hader in the upcoming film, which hits theaters July 17.
