CLEVELAND, Ohio -- While it may be true that the Golden State Warriors are light years ahead of every other team in the NBA -- something their braggadocios owner Joe Lacob once crowed about during an interview -- there is very little to the claim that the Warriors have ruined the league or are somehow bad for the product.
If anything, the Warriors should be revered.
Super teams aren't a new concept. Neither is a lack of parity or competitive balance. The NBA has never needed that. This is a league that thrives on interesting, one buoyed by star power coming together to create these dynasties.
