KENT, Ohio - Kent State University's School of Fashion Design and Merchandising has once again been named among the nation's elite, according to new rankings from Fashion-schools.org.

Fashion Merchandising: No. 3 nationally (top 2 percent of schools considered), No. 3 nationally among public colleges (top 4 percent of schools considered), and No. 1 in the Midwest.
Of the 50 schools ranked, the top two were the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Auburn University in Alabama.
Fashion Design: No. 14 nationally (top 3 percent of schools considered), No.
