Though his name was in trade rumors this offseason, Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell never had a doubt about staying with his current team.
The shooting guard inked a three-year, $150 million contract over the offseason, a decision he had no trouble making.
"To me, it was a no-brainer," Mitchell told ESPN's Brian Windhorst. "I think people don't understand, when you sign that contract, yes you're signing to be with the organization and my teammates who I love, who are family, but also it's a life decision. Cleveland is somewhere I genuinely like to be, from watching the Browns, from watching the Guardians.
