Blatt’s deal is reportedly worth $17 million and $2 million per season.
Blatt heads back to Europe after coaching a young Cavaliers team to the 2015 NBA Finals. This season, Blatt was unexpectedly fired after beginning the 2016 season 30-11. Many people believed Blatt would find a new head coaching job in the NBA, but many big-name vacancies were filled by other names.
Rumors had Blatt being a possible candidate for the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, New York Knicks, and Minnesota Timberwolves.
