CLEVELAND– There’s happy news for Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert and his family. Gilbert tweeted out on Wednesday that his son Nick, who underwent brain surgery last month, is back home.

The 21-year-old was born with neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form throughout the body.
