CLEVELAND, Ohio -- What happens when two of the worst teams in the NBA get together, in a game that features an earlier-than-usual tipoff, with one of them playing at home for the first time after an exhausting six-game road trip?

Some of the worst basketball imaginable.

By the end of Monday’s boo-filled horror show, the New York Knicks crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers, 106-86, and sent most of the sparse crowd to the exits midway through the fourth quarter.
