In the many scenarios involving trading Kevin Love, none of them provide replacements for his services. I think that is one of the major points holding the Cavaliers back from dealing him. In trading Love for George, we suddenly are lacking size; in that lineup, we would have to sign another Power-Forward or move LeBron James to the stretch four.
If Love were to be traded for say Andre Drummond or DeAndre Jordan, the Cavaliers would be lacking shooting. Love is a special player that provides rebounding and shooting, so his replacement(s) must fill the void of his departure.
