Cleveland Cavaliers: Tristan Thompson Trade Rumors

All summer long we have watched Tristan Thompson turn down a five-year $80 million dollar deal and not find a negotiable contract between himself and Cleveland. Himself and agent Rich Paul, who is also LeBron James’s agent, have been looking for a bigger deal. This stems from last season’s final series when Thompson was producing on the court while Kevin Love was injured. Love received a max contract of $110 million and Thompson and Paul believe he deserves the same thing.

Without Thompson signing the Cleveland Cavaliers are already way over budget and will have to pay a serious luxury tax.
