It was a homecoming for Cavaliers rookie point guard Collin Sexton. Sexton returned to his home state of Georgia for the first time as an NBA player and put together a nice showing for his family and friends in attendance. The 19-year old finished with 18 points, six assists, and three rebounds on 6-for-15 shooting. Foul trouble disrupted what could’ve been an even bigger night for Sexton, forcing him to only play 28 minutes. It was the least amount of minutes played by any of Cleveland’s starting five.
Larry Nance Jr. earned his sixth double-double of the campaign, stuffing the stat sheet in every facet of the game.
