CLEVELAND, OHIO -- Scribbles as general manager David Griffin departs from the Cleveland Cavaliers:
1. The bottom line is winning. Remember that as you think about the Cavs after the departure of general manager David Griffin. LeBron James is not happy about Griffin's relationship with owner Dan Gilbert reaching a breaking point. But that doesn't necessarily mean James will leave in the summer of 2018, when he can become a free agent.
2. James is about winning titles. His future will be influenced by the roster. Did the Cavs make any moves to come closer to being able to battle Golden State for the title?
