CLEVELAND, Ohio -- About Kyle Korver and Cedi Osman:
1. The Cleveland Cavaliers began looking for another shooter when two things happened: a) J.R. Smith broke his thumb and needed surgery; b) Mike Dunleavy couldn't stay healthy and had trouble fitting in with the Cavs offense.
2. The Cavs have always liked Kyle Korver. Former general manager Chris Grant tried to sign Korver in the summer of 2013, when the shooting guard signed a four-year, $24 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks. He took less money from the Hawks than was offered by the Cavs.
