With two international games already beneath his belt this summer, Wine & Gold swingman Cedi Osman once again lead Turkey to a win in the FIBA qualifiers, this time against the Balkan country of Montenegro. The, 79-69, victory brings the Turks (5-2) to within one game of the top-ranked Spanish squad (6-1), who lost to Ukraine earlier in the day.
For most of Friday's game, Turkey owned a nice cushion over Montenegro, but at the start of the second half, the tiny Adriatic nation clawed their way back into contention and brought the game to within four.
