Cavs Lose Out on Wade; Make Deal with Wade’s New Team the Bulls for Mike Dunleavy

The Cavs may have lost out on Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade on Wednesday, but in the process acquired a player that may help even more in small forward Mike Dunleavy.

Cleveland.com reports the Cavs and Bulls have made a deal for Dunleavy, who comes to the team after putting up 7.2 points per game last season to go along with 2.7 rebounds.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will trade for Chicago Bulls small forward Mike Dunleavy, league sources confirmed to cleveland.com.

Chicago is parting ways with Dunleavy to shed cap space to make room for Miami Heat free agent Dwyane Wade, who committed to signing with his hometown team on Wednesday night.
