The way things appear to be shaking out, the Cleveland Cavaliers could very well have a top five selection in the 2021 NBA Draft that’s set to commence on July 29.
While the new lottery odds make it seem as though it’s still somewhat uncertain as to how high Cleveland could actually end up drafting, or if the Cavs were to fall some, they should have a realistic shot of landing a top five or six selection. As of Thursday, Cleveland is currently projected to pick sixth overall, per Tankathon.
