1. When he isn’t building up Kevin Love, calling him the focal point of the offense and holding onto his coattails (his words, not mine), LeBron James has also made another drastic change from last season: He’s letting the point guards be point guards.
2. Kyrie Irving had a hard time distributing and sharing early last season, so James took the ball out of his hands and became the de facto point guard. Now he isn’t. Now he is leaving Mo Williams and Matthew Dellavedova to handle the ball and James is off it.
3. The results are evident: More ball movement, less isolation and more assists.
