CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Boston Celtics will be the Cavaliers' first round opponent to kick off 2015 NBA playoffs after they clinched the No. 7 seed with a 95-93 win over the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night.
The season-series between the Cavaliers and Celtics was tied at two games apiece. Game 1 of the series will begin on either Saturday or Sunday at The Q.
Cleveland (52-29) lost the last two meetings with Boston because they used the games to rest key players, being that they had nothing to play for at the time.
Boston (39-42) has won five consecutive games and recently demolished a shorthanded Cleveland squad 117-78 on Sunday.
