The Cavs GM becomes a free-agent after this season and reports already indicate Griffin to be the top choice of the Orlando Magic to take over as team president.
Atlanta Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer stepped down from the role of team president following the 2016-17 season and Griffin now appears to have multiple options open if he does not re-sign with Cleveland.
