The Cleveland Cavaliers aren’t interested in trading Anderson Varejao right now — but that could all change in a few years time.
When the Cleveland Cavaliers lost Anderson Varejao for the entire season last year, no one knew how badly he’d be needed in the NBA Finals. With a depleted roster, the Cavs very well could have leaned on Andy to come in and try to help them stifle the Golden State Warriors attack.
That didn’t happen, and now the Cavaliers have basically assured he’ll be healthy to come off the bench in 2015-16 behind Timofey Mozgov.
