CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland Cavaliers remained perfect at home this season after LeBron James' mini hook shot at the buzzer gave his team a 90-88 victory over the Brooklyn Nets at The Q on Saturday evening.
James finished the game with 26 points, nine rebounds and five assists. He did it all, especially down the stretch.
Brooklyn (3-13) tried to go for the kill with an 11-0 run in the middle of the fourth. But Cleveland (13-4) quickly answered with an 8-0 run to go up one with 2:44 left on the clock.
A James-to-Tristan Thompson pick-and-roll alley-oop put the Cavaliers up one with 1:13 left.
