The Cleveland Cavaliers won in Toronto for the first time all season - and are going to the NBA Finals for the second straight year as a result.
Cleveland started fast, building a double-digit lead in the first quarter and never looked back, cruising to the 113-87 win over the Toronto Raptors in Game 6.
Toronto never really posed much of a threat to the Cavs, trailing 55-41 at halftime. Cleveland has able to build that lead to as many as 21 points in the third quarter, and while the Raptors were able to get within 10 early in the fourth, they were never able to get any closer as this turned into a blowout.
The Cavaliers were led by their Big 3, who all scored 20 points or more for the sixth time in the playoffs after doing it just twice in the regular season. LeBron James led the way with 33 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, while Kyrie Irving (30 points, nine assists) and Kevin Love (20 points, 12 rebounds) dominated as well. J.R. Smith added 15 points on five made three-pointers.
Kyle Lowry (35 points) and DeMar DeRozan (20 points) came to play for the Raptors, but they didn't get much help from their teammates. No one else scored in double figures.
Game 1 of the NBA Finals will be on Thursday, June 2 on ABC. There, the Cavs will either have a Finals rematch with the Golden State Warriors or a matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. OKC currently leads that series 3-2.
