In today's look into Cavs rumors, Cleveland Cavaliers general manager David Griffin is making it clear that the team could very well offer a maximum contract to any free agent they choose.
According to Sam Amico of FOX Sports Ohio, Griffin could very well be willing to shell out the big bucks for a worthy free agent who would like to play with the team's evolving young nucleus:
In other NBA news, GM David Griffin reminded @BobCavsinsider & me Cavs can offer max contract "just by waving our hand & making it happen."

With Andrew Wiggins on their side and Kyrie Irving basically under team control through 2015-16 (Irving can become a restricted free agent after this upcoming season), the Cavaliers are fast becoming an attractive destination for players on the open market.
Add in a creative new head coach in European legend David Blatt, and the official beginning of free agency on July 1st could be very interesting in Cleveland.
