In today's look into the Cleveland Cavs, the Cavs' front office will be speaking with players and members of their staff to get a better picture into current head coach Mike Brown.
Per Sam Amico of Fox Sports, executives will be carrying out conversations with those who have worked with Brown in order to get a clear picture on what to do with Brown's future with the team:

The Cleveland Cavs came into the 2013-14 NBA season with heightened expectations -- especially in a weakened Eastern Conference. However, the Cavs could never find a consistent rhythm despite roster changes and flashes of the talent which had many analysts picking the team to make the playoffs this season.
Many NBA pundits are speculating that the biggest influence on the front office's decision about Mike Brown's future will come from star guard Kyrie Irving. However, this has been denied on several occasions.
