In today's look into the latest in Cavs rumors, #1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins would welcome the chance at playing alongside LeBron James if James were to decide to come back home to play for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Per Sean Deveney of The Sporting News, it's all about winning to Wiggins.
“I want to win,” Wiggins said, via Deveney's article on Friday. “If he wants to win, we’d be good together.”
Regardless of whether or not the Cavs can land LeBron this summer, Wiggins has a ton of expectations resting on his shoulders - expected to be the yin to Kyrie Irving's yang for years to come with the Cavaliers.
“I think college really prepares you for a level like this, especially a big-time basketball school like Kansas or Duke or Kentucky, where you’re always under the spotlight,” Wiggins stated. “You always have to watch your surroundings and watch what you do."
"You’re basically treated like a rock star on campus or wherever you go in the state.”
Add LeBron to the mix, and Wiggins could be a part of the biggest show on Earth.
