The Cleveland Cavs will hold star guard Kyrie Irving out of Sunday's road matchup at the Houston Rockets as he continues to nurse a shoulder injury.
Both Irving and LeBron James did not play in Friday’s loss at the Indiana Pacers. Coach David Blatt was hopeful that Irving would be able to return against the Rockets, but the team announced on Saturday that he was still in Cleveland receiving treatment for his ailing shoulder.

LeBron James is expected to return for Sunday's game against the Pacers, but the Cavs will once again be shorthanded without Irving when they take on one of the Western Conference's best in 2014-15.
Irving injured his shoulder in the third quarter of Thursday’s win over the Golden State Warriors. He returned to play in the fourth quarter of that contest.
