The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced that forward Kevin Love will miss the entire Eastern Conference Semifinals series due to a dislocated shoulder he suffered in Cleveland's series-clinching victory over the Boston Celtics on Sunday.
The shoulder dislocation also caused ligament/labrum tears and bone bruising.
The Cavaliers initially reported the Love would be out for at least two weeks, but the injury was more serious then they thought.
Cleveland will face the winner of the Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks series in the East semis, but that series won't start until next week.
Love averaged 16.4 points and 9.7 rebounds per game this season.
