The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night in convincing fashion, but Kevin Love was booed loudly in his return to Minnesota.
Love was traded from the Timberwolves to the Cavaliers in the offseason after he said he wanted to play for a contender, and Minnesota let him know of their displeasure.
"I think that's only human nature to want things to always be sunshine and blue skies all week," Love said. "But that's just not the case. As long as we get a win I'll feel great doing it. I enjoyed a lot of the people that I played with and met off the floor here, but it's a little bitter because I wish things could've gone better and been better. I'm in a situation now where we're winning basketball, and I'm happy with that."
Love scored 14 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in the Cavs' victory.
