Moeller hasn't been arrested or charged. His name was redacted from the report.
The office of Berea prosecutor Jim Walters is reviewing the report and will decide whether to file charges. Lt. Joe Hedinger said he hoped to release more information later Tuesday morning or early afternoon.
Police were dispatched to Eastland Road shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday because a woman reported an assault occurred in Moeller's home. The victim had left the home and spoke to police on the road. Other officers spoke to Moeller at his home.
"There were conflicting stories of what had occurred," the incident report read.
