BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns' best receiver will not be in Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.
He won't even be in Philadelphia.
Josh Gordon will be back in Cleveland, probably watching the Browns' season opener on TV.
Gordon will be suspended for the first four games of the season, a mini-extension of the season-long suspension he had in 2015 for multiple violations of the NFL's substance abuse policy.
With Gordon sidelined, the Browns have four rookies, a converted quarterback and Andrew Hawkins at receiver.
Combined, the Browns' six receivers have 178 career catches.
