Will the Browns inquire about Jimmy Garoppolo at the NFL Annual Meeting? What to expect

PHOENIX -- The Browns' top brass, including the Haslams and coach Hue Jackson, will spend the next three days here at the NFL Annual meeting conducting business, attending meetings, voting on key issues, socializing and perhaps even inquiring about Jimmy Garoppolo or another veteran quarterback such as AJ McCarron.

Owners could vote as early as Monday on the Raiders' move to Las Vegas, and all signs are pointing to the approval. Raiders owner Mark Davis needs 24 of 32 votes to move the Raiders into a proposed new $1.9 billion stadium in Vegas.

The league will also consider 15 rules proposals, including eliminating the "leaper'' block attempt on field goals and extra points.
