The NFL draft is just around the corner (okay, it is over a week and a half away, but the long run-up is closer to the finish line), and the Cleveland Browns are basically on the clock. No one is disputing that the Tennessee Titans will be selecting QB Cam Ward, which has been the case as far back as the NFL combine.
There was even a Ward to the Titans rumor before the NFL season ended.
That means the Browns are on the clock with, seemingly, four options with the second overall pick.
