CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Hue Jackson is looking for something resembling rhythm on offense.
So the Browns coach decided to stick with Kevin Hogan for Sunday's game in Houston after benching rookie DeShone Kizer at halftime of the loss to the New York Jets.
The benching of Kizer came just a week after Jackson described his work against the Bengals as "lights out."
He previously claimed to be joined at the hip with Kizer, saying that the Notre Dame product gave the franchise "hope."
Cleveland.com sports columnist Doug Lesmerises has rowed a boat out to Kizer Island and set up residence.
