BEREA: Terrelle Pryor watched Ohio State University’s Braxton Miller take college football by storm Monday night, beginning a position switch from quarterback to wide receiver with immense success in a 42-24 victory over Virginia Tech.
Pryor has faith he can have a similar impact while making the same transition for the Browns.
Skeptics will say Pryor faces a more daunting task because he’ll encounter NFL defenses while Miller shreds teams like the unranked Hokies. The point isn’t lost on Pryor, but he still thinks talent will ultimately prevail.
“An athlete’s going to be an athlete -- period,” Pryor, a former Buckeyes standout, said Wednesday after practice.
