CLEVELAND, Ohio - With a 1-22 record into the second year of a rebuild, the Browns are testing the patience of their fans. Even though owner Jimmy Haslam has said more than once that the franchise sees 2018 as part of the rebuilding process, nobody could foresee the team struggling so much to win.
And now there are rumors that the Browns are looking to make changes to the front office.
Mike Florio of profootballtalk.com reported recently that the Browns are contacting candidates to join the front office. This comes after a report in early October by Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, which detailed a growing rift between the front office and coaches.
