CLEVELAND, Ohio - Hue Jackson hasn't determined who the Browns' starting quarterback will be in Week 1. He hasn't even announced who will start the third preseason game yet.
But we might've gotten a hint at where things are headed when Joe Thomas said on Wednesday that he thinks the Browns are grooming Brock Osweiler to be the Week 1 starter. Jackson might've backed that up when he announced later that day that Osweiler will start his second straight preseason game.
The last seven Browns quarterbacks to start the first two preseason games also started Week 1.
