Kristen Leonard of Lake County is suing Gordon to establish paternity and child support for her 2-year-old child, Cleveland.com reported Friday. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for May 16.
Gordon had been previously sued by another woman in a paternity case, and a DNA test in September showed he is the father of a Maple Heights girl.
Shortly thereafter, Gordon ended a comeback attempt with the Browns and checked into inpatient rehabilitation.
Gordon, 25, has missed 43 of the past 48 games because of recurring violations of the NFL’s substance-abuse policy. He hasn’t appeared in a regular-season game since Dec.
