The Cleveland Browns have many contract decisions to make in the near future. Not every player can be kept, so what about trading for Minkah Fitzpatrick, who is in the second year of his rookie deal?
With safety Damarious Randall on the last year of his deal, Fitzpatrick would be a ready replacement. Randall is going to want a lot of money because of the massive market the safeties set in 2019 free agency.
The Browns may want to deal a second-round selection plus a third-round selection for Fitzpatrick and let Randall walk to save cap money.
