When the Cleveland Browns completed their cuts from 90 to the initial 53-man roster, the word “initial” is so important because things change so quickly in the NFL. Tuesday, the Browns made three moves official:
- Signed WR Kadarius Toney to the practice squad
- Released CB Justin Hardee Sr. and WR Tulu Griffin from the practice squad
There was also a report that Cleveland was signing LB Khaleke Hudson and bringing in TE Geoff Swaim to the practice squad.
