BEREA, Ohio -- The new structure for the front office of the Cleveland Browns has caused more confusion than satisfaction among fans.
That might be putting it mildly. The anger-filled rants on talk radio Monday were fervent.
That doesn't mean it won't work, but it does mean that the new structure is hardly being greeted with universal approval.
Owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam have set up a system reliant on the administrative skills of a Vice President of Football Operations whose personnel experience is minimal, but who still will be responsible for personnel.
