"I'll be playing this week," Turbin told the Beacon Journal after participating in practice on a limited basis.
The Browns claimed Turbin off waivers from the Seattle Seahawks on Sept. 10 and cut wide receiver-in-training Terrelle Pryor, but Turbin has yet to play this season because he suffered a high-ankle sprain with the Seahawks in their third exhibition game Aug. 29.
He's been getting antsy while sitting out.
"I'm usually just kind of collected, I'm cool until Sundays, but I can't lie about how much excitement I have to play this week," Turbin said. "It's been five weeks.
