Before long, it sounds like the Cleveland Browns will indeed have an entirely new quarterback room for the 2018 season. After already having dealt QB DeShone Kizer and QB Cody Kessler to the Green Bay Packers and Jacksonville Jaguars, respectively, the only remaining quarterback on the roster from the 2017 campaign was QB Kevin Hogan.
Per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network this morning, Hogan asked the Browns for permission to seek a trade, and the team granted that permission.
