The Cleveland Browns have reportedly signed fifth-year linebacker Khaleke Hudson off of the New Orleans Saints’ practice squad this morning.
Hudson, a former fifth-round pick by the Washington Commanders, comes to the Browns after spending most of his career as a backup or depth piece despite starting eight games for the Commanders in 2023. He recorded 74 tackles, 5 TFL, and 1 sack in 16 games played during that campaign.
Hudson provides depth for Cleveland’s defense with Tony Fields (hip) and Mohamoud Diabate (ankle) currently dealing with nagging, week-to-week injuries.
