According to Mary Kilpatrick of the Plain Dealer and Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 the Fan, the Cleveland Browns have agreed in principle to extend the lease on the team facility in Berea through the 2039 season. The city of Berea owns the Browns’ headquarters and training facility, and have leased it to the club since 1991. Back in 2015, the Browns extended their lease with the city through 2029.
