CLEVELAND: The Browns are tied for the worst record in the NFL and have the longest active losing streak in the league after falling to the Baltimore Ravens 33-27 on Monday night with one of those dreaded, only-in-Cleveland endings.
With the score tied, the Browns had a chance to win when Travis Coons lined up for a 51-yard field goal with three seconds remaining, but Ravens defensive end Brent Urban blocked the kick, safety Will Hill scooped up the ball and returned it 64 yards for a touchdown with no time left.
With Josh McCown dealing with an injured collar bone and Johnny Manziel in the coaches’ doghouse, quarterback Austin Davis delivered for the Browns in crunch time.
