BEREA, Ohio -- Browns tight end Randall Telfer spent some time in college at USC as a valet driver to make a little extra money. This wasn't a "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" type of situation, though. He wasn't taking a spin in anything exotic.
"No, I wish," Telfer said. Instead he was moving cars at a dealership from the service department to the mechanics and back.
"It was Longo Toyota, so all the cars were Toyota cars and Lexus and Scion, so it was cool driving those cars, but I never got the opportunity to drive around some Maserati or Joe Haden Lamborghinis or anything," Telfer said.
