When's the last time this happened: The Cleveland Browns are now in the catbird seat.
The Tennessee Titans' trade with the Los Angeles Rams for the first overall pick in the draft puts the Browns in seriously good draft position.
Los Angeles will take a quarterback first. All signs point to it being Carson Wentz.
That leaves the Browns with a few options, all appealing.
1) They take Jared Goff second overall, solving the quarterback debate and giving Hue Jackson a guy he probably wanted anyway.
