At 6-7 entering Week 15, the Cleveland Browns haven't had the success they hoped for heading into the season. After adding big-name players such as Odell Beckham, Jr. and Sheldon Richardson the Browns were one of the preseason favorites to contend for the AFC North.
Unfortunately, there have been far more growing pains than expected under first-year head coach Freddie Kitchens. While the front office will hope for him to grow as a leader, they also need to add more talent in the coming offseason in order to fill their few remaining holes.
