Who knows what it will take for the Cleveland Browns to return to the NFL playoffs and, hopefully, get back to competing for a chance at the Super Bowl. Right now, being a Cleveland and Ohio State fan has just one disappointing team.
Perhaps the Las Vegas Raiders getting desperate for a trade-up, based on a recent rumor, will help the rebuild but we know that the Browns will need to make moves in NFL free agency as well.
