It is OK to joke about it now, as it is only the end of March. And the situation is clearly going to change in a few weeks when the Browns select a quarterback, or two, in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Cleveland is widely expected to take a quarterback with the No. 2 overall selection, but having another young arm on the roster may not be a bad idea, especially given that the remaining free agents or trade options are all brutal in their own way.
